Club Elevate Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Agreement

By enrolling as a member of Club Elevate (“the Gym”), you (“the Member”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

2. Membership Types and Fees

• Core Commit Membership: $54 per 4 weeks.
• No Commitment Membership: $64 per 4 weeks.

Membership fees are subject to change. Members will be notified in advance of any fee adjustments.

3. Payment Terms

Membership fees are due in advance and will be billed every four weeks. Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods]. Late payments may result in suspension of membership privileges until the account is current.

4. Facility Access and Hours

Members have access to the Gym’s facilities during the following hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 5:00 am – 10:00 pm
• Friday: 5:00 am – 9:00 pm
• Saturday – Sunday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm

The Gym reserves the right to modify operating hours or close facilities for maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Member Conduct

Members are expected to:

• Use equipment safely and return it to its proper place after use.
• Refrain from using inappropriate language or behavior.
• Respect other members and staff.
• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership.

6. Health and Safety

• Members should consult with a physician before starting any exercise program.
• Members must not use the facilities if they have any contagious illnesses or conditions.
• In case of an accident or injury, report immediately to a staff member.

7. Personal Training and Group Classes

The Gym offers personal training and group fitness classes. Additional fees may apply. Schedules and offerings are subject to change.

8. Amenities

Members have access to amenities such as the sauna and cryotherapy services. Usage may be subject to availability and additional guidelines.

9. Termination and Cancellation

• Member Initiated: Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice [specific notice period, e.g., 30 days].
• Gym Initiated: The Gym reserves the right to terminate a membership for violation of these terms or conduct deemed detrimental to the facility or its members.

10. Liability Waiver

Members acknowledge that the use of Gym facilities and equipment involves inherent risks. By accepting these terms, members agree to release the Gym from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained while on the premises.

11. Privacy Policy

The Gym is committed to protecting member privacy. Personal information collected during membership enrollment and usage will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

12. Amendments

The Gym reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via [communication method, e.g., email or posted notice].
